Below I will introduce to you 3 ways in which you can make money online through webinars.
1. Product Based Webinar:
This type of webinar is one in which you are promoting a product from the very beginning. This may be your own product or on that you are an affiliate for. If you have a large list, the vendor may even be more than happy to jump on as a guest for your webinar, which in turn will add more credibility to your webinar.
When people attend this type of webinar, they understand that they are being pitched to. They realise that at the end of the webinar they will be offered a special/reduced pricing on a product or software.
Pro: These types of webinars tend to attract a large number of attendees.
Con: They don’t usually result in hundreds of sales.
The number of sales will depend on how well you delivered your presentation and how well you delivered the actual ‘Buy this’ concept to your guests.
2. Tutorial/Coaching Webinars:
Another type of webinar is one where you are teaching your attendees something.
What you teach will depend on your area of expertise. You could teach people how to make ecovers for their reports or ebooks, for example. Or you may want to teach a course on creating spreadsheets on excel. The sky is your limit.
To make money with this type of webinar, you would have a price tag attached to it. You’ll find that people are willing to pay you to learn something new. Plus, if you offer to give them a copy of the recording you’ll get more people attending.
One good way to approach this coaching webinar is to offer one small class for free. This would be a general overview of what you are going to offer in the larger class/course. It is a good time for interested people to ask questions so they know that they are making the right decision.
While this approach does take more time, it can result in higher sign up rates, and more money in your pocket.
3. Question and Answer Webinar:
Furthermore, you could make money with webinars based around your own products by holding a question and answer type of webinar. This will allow your customers and prospective buyer to get all their questions answered in advance. This concept works extremely well, and again will result in higher conversions.
